Huge Congratulations to our Jr. Girls Volleyball team at SVS for their silver medal performance at their league finals last night. They had to play off against a tough team from Camille in Red Deer but played their best game beating them for the first time this year in 2 straight sets! That brought them to the gold medal game against the host team and 1st place finishers of the league games, Mother Theresa School in Sylvan Lake. This team went almost unbeaten (only lost 3 sets all season) and the girls dug deep but ended up losing a nail-bitter 15-13 in the 3 deciding set. So proud of these ladies and how much they have grown this year !! Go Vikings !! - Mrs. Leinweber
