Viking Pride is alive and well at Spruce View School. To have Viking Pride a student must have Pride in Themselves, Pride in Others, and Pride in their Community. This “VP3” model is the essence of the Spruce View School experience. As a staff, we take pride in our ability to engage students and provide experiences that go beyond the curriculum and prepare them for their futures regardless of academic strength and pathways.
Once a Viking, always a Viking as you can spend your entire K-12 learning experience with a family approach from classmates to community members and continue to work with us as you move forward in your career path. In this area we have had multi-generational families attend the school and give back in a variety of ways that continue to build a strong framework of experiential learning from volunteering to providing off-site learning.
Please take the time to review our Education Plan and see for yourself just how strong our students compare in their provincial learning assessments, determine why parents feel their children are safe and cared for, and study the pictures to see the vastness of experiences at SVS.
