"I am very excited to join the Spruce View School teaching staff and to meet all of my new students! I'll be teaching most Grade 7 core subjects as well as Computers & Coding and Sports Performance.
I am new to the school but not new to the community. My parents both graduated from Spruce View School and my grandma worked here for many years as the school secretary. I was born and raised in Red Deer with ample visits to Spruce View for Canada Day parades, fireworks, theatre, family reunions, and weddings. I completed my Bachelor of Education last year and have recently moved out to my grandparents' farm with my husband and dogs.
I grew up playing hockey and have coached at the U18 level for 3 years. When I'm not teaching I enjoy working out and farming.
